We craft every Jaipuri quilt, handmade wooden box, and piece of traditional wear with love at fivewish.com, but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back with this Refund Policy. It’s all about making things easy and fair—here’s how we do refunds, straight from the heart!

1. When Can You Get a Refund?

Not loving your cotton baby quilt? You’ve got 14 days from delivery to say so—just email us at support@fivewish.com with your order number. Keep it unworn, unused, and tags on (no muddy paws on that JaipuriRazai!). If it’s damaged or wrong—like a torn hand block design—we’ll refund it, no questions asked!

2. How to Send It Back

Pop your item back in its package (snug as we sent it!) and ship it to the address we’ll share after you email support@fivewish.com. You cover return shipping unless we slipped up—like sending the wrong traditional wear size—then it’s on us. Once it’s here (usually 3-5 days after shipping), your refund’s rolling!

3. Cash on Delivery – A Little Heads-Up

If you went Cash on Delivery and said “nah” at the door, that’s not a refund—sorry! For COD orders you’ve paid for, return within 14 days, and we’ll refund minus any COD fees. Card or wallet payments? We’ll send it back to your original method.

4. Taxes, Duties, and Shipping Costs

Refunds cover the item price—taxes (like GST) and duties (for international folks) stay with you, as do original shipping costs. If we goofed, though, we’ll cover return shipping—no extra burden on your wallet!

5. Sizing &Colors – Handmade Magic

Our handcrafted quilts (like 40×60 for kids) and wear might vary a smidge in size or color—lighting or artisan flair at work (see our disclaimer!). That’s not a refund reason unless it’s wildly off from what we promised. It’s the beauty of handmade, after all!

6. Orders & Cancellations – Quick Moves

Change of heart? Cancel within 24 hours of ordering by emailing support@fivewish.com—we’ll refund you fully before the artisans start. After that, return it within 14 days once it arrives, and we’ve got you covered.

7. Your Refund Timeline
