We pour our hearts into every Jaipuri quilt, handcrafted wooden box, and piece of traditional wear at fivewish.com, but sometimes things don’t click—and that’s okay! Our Return & Exchange Policy is all about keeping the vibes good. Here’s how we roll when you need a swap or a send-back!

1. Our Return Window – 14 Days of Love

Not feeling your cotton baby quilt or handmade kurta? You’ve got 14 days from delivery to let us know. Just email us at support@fivewish.com with your order number—it’s that simple! Items need to be unworn, unused, and with tags on (no juice spills on that JaipuriRazai, okay?). We’ll take it from there!

2. Exchanges – Swap It Out!

Want a different size or color? We’re on it! Reach out within 14 days, and if your hand block quilt or wooden keepsake is in tip-top shape, we’ll swap it for something else in stock. Sizing and colors might wiggle a bit (handmade charm!), so check our listings—email us, and we’ll find your perfect match!

3. How to Send It Back

Pack your item snugly (like we did!) and ship it to the address we’ll send you after you email support@fivewish.com. You cover return shipping unless we goofed—like sending the wrong traditional wear size—then it’s on us! Once we get it (3-5 days after shipping, usually), we’ll process your refund or exchange pronto.

4. Cash on Delivery – A Quick Note

Loved the Jaipuri baby quilt but said “no” at the door? Sorry, that’s not a return—COD refusals don’t qualify. If you paid cash on delivery and want to return, follow the 14-day rule—same goes for cards or wallets. We’ll refund your original payment, minus any COD fees.

5. Taxes, Duties, and Shipping Costs

Returns don’t cover taxes or duties (like customs if you’re overseas)—those stick with you. Original shipping fees? Non-refundable, since we already sent your handcrafted piece on its journey. If we messed up, though, we’ll cover the return shipping—no stress!

6. Handmade Quirks – Sizing &Colors

Every wooden box or quilt is unique—sizes (like 40×60) and colors might shift a smidge due to artisan hands or photo lighting (peek at our disclaimer!). These aren’t flaws—they’re the magic of handmade. Returns for “it looks different” won’t fly unless it’s way off from what we promised.

7. Orders & Cancellations – Catch It Quick!

Change your mind? Cancel within 24 hours of ordering by emailing support@fivewish.com—before our artisans start stitching or carving! Past that, it’s in motion, but you can still return it within 14 days once it arrives.

8. Our Promise to You

We stand by our handmade treasures—if something’s damaged or wrong (like a torn Jaipuri hand block design), we’ll fix it, no questions. Refunds hit your account within 5-7 days after we get your return; exchanges ship out fast. Questions? We’re just an email away!
