When you pick a handcrafted quilt or wooden box and hit “order,” you’re in! We’ll show prices and shipping upfront—no surprises. Changed your mind? Cancel within 24 hours by emailing support@fivewish.com—after that, our artisans might already be crafting your gem, so it’s a go!

2. Payment – Cash on Delivery Too!

Pay with cards, wallets, or opt for Cash on Delivery (COD) where available—check checkout for options. COD? Have cash ready when your Jaipuri baby quilt arrives; we can’t take returns if you say no at the door. Payments kick off your order—confirmation’s on its way once it clears!

3. Taxes & Duties

Prices include local taxes (like GST if you’re in India), but if you’re overseas, customs duties might pop up—those are on you, depending on your country’s rules. We’ll pack your traditional wear with love, but borders? They’ve got their own quirks!

4. Shipping – Off to You!

We ship your handmade wooden item within 3-5 days (customs might take longer—we’ll let you know!). Shipping times vary by location—peek at our shipping page for details. Once it’s with the courier, track it with us if it plays hide-and-seek!

5. Sizing &Colors – Handmade Vibes

Not feeling your handcrafted piece? Return it within 14 days (unused, tags on) to support@fivewish.com—you cover shipping unless we messed up. COD refusals don’t count as returns, so choose wisely at delivery!
